Purpose of animation

To create a short narrative based on the information from the book ‘ information is beautiful’.

My chosen subject was taste buds/ food combinations that go well together.

Narrative summary

The idea is that two people are having a conversation about cooking dinner for guest arriving that evening, but the main character is having problems coming up with foods that go well together.

Changes made to storyboard

Initially the story was meant to have a voice over, but upon getting feedback it was clear that having unprofessional voices would ruin the animation. I got several good suggestions on ways to combine media formats as I was unhappy with just listing food after food and wanted a challenge , yet make it look visually pleasing therefore the general narrative was kept but with a digital twist.
